Designed for the Environment of Itakura Town

Yard

In the past 60 years, as information technology progressively have changed in Japan, our housing industry has rapidly become adjusted to it. Color and light in Small spaces

All white rooms are good when wanting to enhance rooms’ appearances and make them seem more spacious, but there are plenty of other hues that can be taken advantage of.

One accent wall with a bold color in a room gives the impression of a more space, as it gives a strong statement to the room and makes the other walls, ceiling and floor appear bigger if they have paler colors. Having the same color on the wall and ceiling will also enhance the illusion of a greater room. There are some rules though when it comes to painting the home. Read More...

5 Bedroom Budget Tips

When being on a budget it’s smart to make the most obvious things the focal points. In the bedroom, the bed is the most obvious item; so give it a lot of attention. Like having new cushions and sheets that stand out from the other shapes and colors of the room. Try to have the bed free from any objects that don’t belong there, so that you later don’t have to put way a bunch of things when you want to lie down.

How color and light unite

Light and color depend a lot on each other; actually it is more or less the same thing. Natural light holds all the colors that can be found in a color spectrum. Light has different wavelengths, the longest wavelength is red with about 625-740 nanometers and the shortest is violet with about 380–450 nanometers.

Knowing the link between color and light will help a lot with your interior decorating. For instance if you paint two rooms the identical colors, the rooms can have completely different looks depending on the available light that breaks into the rooms. Read More...
