In a recent competition, for the Swedish clients at Svea Fastigheter, these known design companies took part: 3XN, BIG, Wingårdhs and Tham & Videgård. Now it's announced that 3XN are the winners and will take the prize of designing the 13,000 m2 (14 floors) landmark project in Vällingby, Stockholm.
TWISTED is a new eclectic furniture collection, designed by Philip Michael Wolfson and will be presented by LG Hausys at the Nhow Hotel during the Milano design week. The collection creates a choreography of motion and continual transformation, its design exposes Wolfson’s distinctive style which moves toward layering and manipulating HI_MACS ® Natural Acrylic Stone, into fluid shapes and forms where shadow and reflection are an integral part of the work.

S Clinic + Residence by Office of Kenji Tagashira
The S Clinic was not the easiest project in the world to construct as it’s located in the core of Osaka. As it’s facing the national road, there’s a great number of traffic existing in this area. The streets are lined with big and small stores, banks and medical facilities, and innumerable signboards are placed out miscellaneously. A disorderly row of buildings along the street is formed with them.
"Le Sélect" Cinéma, by AIR Architecture
The district in which "Le Sélect" Cinéma is located, is a historical one, placed in front of the Fontainebleau Castle which was ordered by the young François Ier and is also known for having been the place where Napoleon bid farewell to his soldiers before leaving for Saint Helen.
The Leaf House by Undercurrent Architects house integrates the environment and catches qualities of its landscape. The project entailed design and building roles as methods were improvised to achieve high technical complexity within cost constraints.
